Almost everyone is nuts about garlic and if you think about it, almost all the best dishes contain traces of garlic in it. Garlic has quite a pungent taste, however, it’s the ingredients that you pair garlic with that makes a world of difference. Without further ado, let’s look at how saucy we can make these commonly used recipes with garlic.

Get on your apron, find your star ingredient-garlic- and let’s get cooking.

Garlic and orange-infused chicken with herbs

Chicken (breast meat)

Salt (to taste)

Pepper (to taste)

Rosemary (sprinkle)

Thyme (sprinkle)

Chives (handful)

Chicken stock

Olive oil

6 cloves of Garlic

Chicken broth

1/3 cup of spicy orange sauce

  • Dust some salt and pepper on the flattened chicken breast. Heat the chicken fillet on a warm skillet and ensure that the chicken browns on both sides. Once the chicken is on the skillet, remember to add a dash of olive oil to ensure that the chicken cooks well.
  • Once your chicken has browned on both sides, add your garlic and your spicy orange sauce. Allow the chicken to soak up the garlic and orange flavor.
  • Thereafter add in the rosemary, thyme, and chicken stock. Do this while the chicken is still cooking on a skillet on medium heat. Lastly, add the chives to top up your dish.

Mozzarella, mushroom, sweet and sour, garlic toast

Ciabatta bread

Butter for spreading

Basil leaves (a handful of basil leaves)

Garlic cloves minced

1-pound sliced mushrooms

Sundried tomatoes

Mozzarella cheese

Sweet and sour sauce

  • Start with the mushrooms first, heat butter over medium heat. Add mushroom slices and leave to sauté for a few minutes. Add some garlic and cook. Add in sliced tomatoes, sweet and sour sauce, basil, salt, and pepper.
  • Create a butter mixture by mixing butter, garlic, and basil leaves. Spread this buttery mixture on your ciabatta bread.
  • Placed the cooked mushrooms on top of the bread while it is still hot and sprinkle mozzarella cheese over it.
  • Bake for a few minutes and serve.

Lemon-garlic pasta

Grated lemon zest

Handful of parsley

Garlic cloves

For the sauce, you will need:

2 gloves minced garlic

Grated lemon zest

½ whipping cream

Salt to taste

1/8 teaspoon pepper

Cubed cream cheese

Sesame garlic sauce

2 Tablespoon lemon juice

2 plum tomatoes

Parmesan cheese

  • To begin, mix lemon zest, parsley, and garlic in a small bowl and set aside.
  • Cook fettuccine until al dente and drain. Reserve a bit of pasta water.
  • To make the sauce, heat butter over medium heat. To this, add onion. Allow the onion to turn translucent for a few minutes. Add the mixture in the small bowl to that which is cooking on the stove. Add in the sliced tomatoes. Add cream as well as salt and pepper to taste, followed by cream cheese and some lemon juice to add a tangy flavor. Add in some sesame garlic sauce as well.
  • Now, add pasta and toss in the bowl. Add a little pasta water to allow the pasta to stay saucy. Add more lemon zest if need be and grate parmesan cheese on top.

From pasta to chicken, it’s undeniable that these garlic recipes are a must-try. If you want a taste of authentic flavoring in your food, add sauces that you can trust to enhance the taste of fresh garlic. With garlic, you can recreate a dish of your dreams- a dish from any culture, any part of the world, or simply something that spells comfort.

Speaking of comfort food, how do you feel about some garlic mashed potatoes?

Mashed potatoes and garlic

1 clove of roasted garlic

8-10 potatoes

¾ cup whole mil

4 tablespoons salted butter

½ cup shredded parmesan cheese

½ teaspoon salt

A littlebarbeque sauce

  • Roast the garlic on the day you are making the dish or even before and place it in the refrigerator.
  • Chop potatoes, peel, and boil on medium heat. Add a sprinkle of salt to the water.
  • Cook potatoes until soft, drain, place potatoes back in the pot, and mash the potatoes.
  • Mash roasted garlic and pour in the milk in a pot. Add a hint of barbeque sauce too. Place the mixture on low heat until the garlic is mixed with the milk.

Honey-garlic glazed meatballs

2 large eggs

¾ cup milk

Dry bread crumbs

½ cup chopped onions

2 teaspoon salt

2 pounds of ground beef

4 cloves garlic (minced)

1 tablespoon butter

½ cup tomato sauce

¾ cup honey

2 Tablespoons soya sauce

  • In a big bowl, mix eggs and milk. To this add breadcrumbs, onion, and salt. Crumble in beef.
